1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Luminar Neo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Luminar Neo on the number of devices specified in your plan (2 for Standard, 3 for Cross-Device and Max). This is a perpetual license for the version purchased.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use Luminar Neo for personal and commercial photography projects. You retain all rights to images you create using the software.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license key
• Using the software on more devices than your license allows
• Using the software for illegal purposes

5. Updates and Generative AI

Bug fixes and performance updates are included for the life of your license. Generative AI features (GenErase, GenSwap, GenExpand) are included for the first year and require annual renewal thereafter.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Luminar Neo, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Luminar Neo.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
